Seeing the Divine Within

 

What are you focusing on?

If you are feeling restless, or experiencing difficulty communicating effectively, perhaps it's time to dig deeper into your sadhana practice. Devote more time to meditating, moving your body, communing with Gaia, or manifesting/creating... Dedicate 'me-time' for journaling, and see what your inner goddess (or chosen Guiding Goddess) reveals.

Cosmic energies are nudging us forward.

They are asking us to step into our truth, our power, our wisdom and our purpose.

Do you feel an urge? A nagging desire? A mild discontent? A bubbling of possibility? A subtle inspiration, a tingle of excitement, an inner prompting to be brave, bodacious, boundless? Or, an intense restlessness, boredom, dissatisfaction, or heavy pressure? These are just a few ways the Universe nudges us out of what was once our comfort zone.

When we are no longer comfortable, that's a sign it's time for a change!

We're being compelled to break free! We're being called...

If it all seems just a little too overwhelming- simply stop for a moment and BREATHE. Regroup. Refocus. Regroup by gathering what's true and beautiful and important to you NOW. Refocus on what it is you want to feel... What you want to experience and be.... right NOW. And, consider: What's my focus? Whatever we focus on this week is given an extra boost of attention and energetic support from the cosmos. Divine cosmic energies are truly conspiring to help us manifest. All we have to do is listen to our soul song and get clear on what it is we truly want.

So, take time to listen to your inner voice. Listen for her wisdom, guidance, her soulful desires.... If you cannot hear her for all the mental clutter, outward distractions or noise, amp up your daily goddess sadhana, practice one or all four exercises: 

Meditate - Get quiet and listen. 

Get out in nature.... Listen. 

Move your body - dance, stretch, spin, rock or sway - and listen... 

Get creative, make something - anything! LISTEN

She loves to speak through us whatever we're doing. Chant, sing, affirm, proclaim, or scream if you must! Do whatever is required to get her message out of your head and heart and body, and into the world... allow your self to do whatever it takes to truly honor and hear her in tangible ways in your daily life.

What's inspiring you, today? 

Focus on seeing the divine within yourself.. and you will find her there! 

When you find her, listen... 

Hold her voice as if a pure white light within the sacred center of your heart... Close your eyes and listen. Listen and her voice will embrace you. Listen and her voice will lift you up into the stars! Listen and it will move up from your heart throughout your body and mind... connecting you to your higher self - your higher truth - the Universe, itself! Listen, and you will become a clear channel. 

 

Seeing the divine within yourself and listening for her voice is the most powerful way to embrace the magick of practical transition; change. This is a gift we can easily give to our self - all that is required is the willingness to focus. 

Our daily sadhana practices is designed to allow you to be. Very little is require of us... yet every little effort to practice offers so much in return.  

Focus on your body and mind on your meditation practice by simply being-breathing-listening, and you enter into your own divinity. 

Focus on moving your beautiful body in whatever way you choose, in whatever ways feel good, graceful, easy- and listen: You will hear voice, her wisdom, her message. 

Focus on our earth mother - nature... listening to her subtle voice guiding you to re-align with her natural rhythms and you will remember who you are - that you belong. 

Focus on any creative endeavor and you will see her, hear her and manifest her essence into your life!

I hope that you will focus, if only for a few intentional moments here, and there, throughout the day and evening, so you can benefit from all the cosmic blessings of the Universe.
