The Lions Gate portal opens every year, presenting us an opportunity to step into a more authentic, empowered, sovereign version of our self, to manifest the life we truly want to live. Our Cosmic Mother offers this energetic gift to each of us. She asks nothing in return. As with all true gifts, it is given freely without expectation. We need only be open to receive — and graciously accept.

The light codes!

Have you forgotten? 

Light codes are our Mother tongue; the cosmic language woven in our DNA. Yet, most of us have forgotten the language of our own soul. But, She hasn't. And, neither has our inner goddess, our soul. 

So, how do we receive the light codes (cosmic messages) when we've forgotten our original language?

By listening with our heart and soul... 

By allowing the divine energies to awaken our remembering. 

This is why goddess sadhana is such a vital tool for healing, awareness and self-empowerment. Our daily practice of meditating (listening), moving our body (feeling), mingling with nature (energetically grounding and reconnecting) and manifesting (creatively expressing) is a sacred ritual that opens our inner ears, which allows us to receive (hear) divine messages from our cosmic mother... 

Since our awareness is naturally heightened at this time, being consciously attentive and intentionally responsive helps us attune to the light codes (divine messages). Taking time to rest, listen and purposely open our heart, mind, body and spirit to the divine messages coming through brings us into harmony with nature and the cosmic energies, thereby allowing us to reach a new awareness within ourselves and the Universe.

Sensuality is defined as the enjoyment, expression and pursuit of physical (and sexual) pleasure; as well as the condition of being pleasing or fulfilling the senses. Being sensual is about feeling and receiving pleasure. It's our sensuality, our divine feminine essence, that allows us to open and receive. Embracing who we are on this deep soulful level brings us back into unity with our true self, which is always in alignment with the entire cosmos, and has never forgotten the divine language. Feeling and trusting in the sensual pleasure of our being will not only help us to receive the light codes, but will help us to remember the language of our own cosmic soul!

Make a promise to yourself. Promise that you will allow yourself time to practice. And, while you're practicing, allow yourself to feel and receive pleasure. 

Imagine your DNA as a vast field of soil. So extensive, that if you took the DNA from your trillions of cells and laid it out from one end to another, it would reach the sun and back 70 times. It’s hard to fathom that we have such a voluminous genetic field of intelligence within us. What might also be interesting is that most is not even activated — only 2% of our DNA has bloomed into a garden. Now imagine that each seed buried within the soil is a “light code”. Just as plant seeds carry encoded information, a set of instructions divinely designed and imprinted, light codes carry their own living language that informs us of the nature and purpose of our higher self and that of the Cosmos. Held in the ancient universal language of sacred geometry, colours, sounds, tones and frequencies, light codes carry the signature and memory imprints of our soul’s many incarnate journeys on this and other planes of existence. While the Lions Gate portal is open, be sure to plant your spirit seeds! Ask your inner goddess (or the Goddess you've chosen as guide for this sadhana) to help you, if needed. Call on her often. She wants to support your blossoming and ensure that you thrive in every way possible.

The moment I began reading Activating Light Codes, something on a deep cellular level said: TRUTH. A truth that deeply resonates with a prophetic dream I had some years ago that requested: I want you to merge your work with the 10th Ray of Light. 

I'm still not certain how to honor the request, but since beginning this practice, along with the cosmic urgings which prompted me to create this particular Goddess Sadhana to begin with, I feel convinced that they are somehow connected. And, I keep receiving the message that our chakra systems are keys allowing us to activate and receive the light codes more fully.
