It's exhausting trying to move forward while dragging along the things we don't want or need. It's time to start trusting our inner mechanism for discernment, our process of filtration and our own truth. It's time to fearlessly trust your inner goddess! She's your spirit guide. She is utterly devoted to helping you manifest good for yourself. We really must let go so we can make space for our own goodness!

Consider what can you do to reshape and recalibrate your alignment with her (your inner goddess, your authentic essence), and with your own heart and soul... Your inner goddess is helping to facilitate your spiritual growth.

I chose to allow my inner goddess to be my guide during this sadhana (you can, too),. But just for fun, I clicked on the goddess video and immediately I felt seen, heard, known!!!! As, my eyes instantly were drawn to the words Inner Goddess!!!! I was so overcome with delight, that it wasn't until moments later that I even noticed it was Aphrodite! Her message is: Awaken the goddess within you through dance, self-care and appreciating your divinity.
